Our house, which is quite big and recently built, has been furnished with great care. You'll find decorated walls and hand made pieces of furniture. The house itself is surrounded by trees, in a quiet area which is strategically placed in the middle of several tourist attractions like: 

• famous monuments like the XI century church "Santa Maria a Pie' di Chienti" (300 m);

• the sandy and stony beaches of Civitanova Marche (6 Km);

• the Appennini mountains, where one can ski in winter or take a walk in beautiful woods in summer (50 Km);

• a thermal bath and beauty center (40 Km);

The small town where our house is located, Montecosaro, is situated on a hill a few km away from the Adriatic sea. The old center of the town still shows its original medieval urbanistic structure (for further info please have a look at Montecosaro's page in the "sightseeing" section). In Montecosaro you'll find many restaurants, coffee-shops, snack-bars, a postal office and other shops, with special discounts for our customers.
